Craig has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (RSPS) designation form the National Association of Realtors as a result of his training in real estate issues that confront seniors. Whether it is an issue facing a senior or issues involved with parents or relatives who are older, Craig has the skills to work with clients toward their best outcome.
Craig is dedicated to provide service, support, local knowledge and top negotiating skills to every client, every time. Craig has been a Loan Officer and an active real estate investor in the Truckee and Reno areas and he has many years of selling major computer systems to the world's largest customers. His structured approach to marketing, buying and financing real estate will help every client get the results they want. He combines his experience residing in our alpine paradise with an in-depth understanding of the fast paced demanding world he came from. Serving the community, Craig plays significant roles in youth programs and fund raising in his Truckee Sunrise Rotary Club. He can also show you the top ski areas, golf courses and hiking in and around the mountains and the Lake . He has, also, been to a restaurant or two.
Craig strongly believes that selling a home is a major marketing assignment representing that home to the marketplace. Serving his active buyer clientele requires him to match buyers with homes that are available, keeping him up to the minute with market conditions.
